Postpartum Fitness

Well y’all, the time has finally come to get back to the gym. That’s right, my sweet little angel is 6 weeks today, and with that comes my 6 week postpartum follow-up. Hopefully the doc will give me the all clear to get back to working out, because I really need some fitness in my life. I wasn’t the most fit person prior to pregnancy, but watching my body change over the last 10+ months has motivated me to work out more than I ever thought possible.

And want to know what’s the best part of getting back into the gym? Well aside from getting fit & healthy, I get to shop for new workout clothes! Below is some of the gear I have my eye on 🙂
